Welcome to Natural Build Fitness LLC. The premiere promoters of Drug Free Physique contests in the Heart of America. This site provides information about the Natural Southern States Classic and the St. Louis Gateway Naturals Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini competitions. Provides links to other NANBF competitions and Supporters of our Drug Free Sport. We also provide valuable information articles as well and will be adding more from time to time.

We are sanctioned by the NANBF and are an Affiliate with the IFPA Natural Pro Physique circuit.

We also provide training for Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini competitors. Nutrition, Training, Posing training, Choreography for Routines. Being high level competitors, John Arnold, IFPA Pro and Becky Arnold, holder of several titles in the NANBF bring insights to clients that only this kind of experience can bring. We have been full time NANBF and IFPA Qualified Judges for over 14 years. Becky also holds the distinction of Regional Head judge as well. This experience makes us very unique among trainers in the sport and with this knowledge we are confident we can take you to "your" next level.
