The Natural Southern States Classic is one largest amateur natural physique competitions.
With 30+ years promoting drug free contests, we understand our role in protecting your hard work, time and investment with a fair playing field. Competition day is yours.

GENERAL EVENT DETAILS
The show format is running/continuous for each division segment.                                                                                     Each division will complete the prejudging round, individual presentation round and then finals/rophy presentation, with no separate evening show or lengthy breaks.

COMPETITOR MEETING
There won't be a contestant meeting the day of the show so please read everything on this page carefully. For category guidelines refer to class descritions on our website. A Event Format will be sent via email, one week before the show, after all registrations are in.  Everything you need to know will be provided there as well. First class $110.
Each additional class entered $80
After April 18th you can still enter, but with a ONE time late fee of $50.00.
Please note that event T-shirt sizes, quantities, and availability are limited for registrations after March 29th.
NOTE: All entry fees are Non Refundable and Non Transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE REVIEW: DIVISION QUARTER TURNS | MANDATORY POSES  

POLYGRAPH
Promoter will email entrants a booking link to schedule polygraph appointments April 6th. Polygraphs will be at the host hotel. Polygraph fee: $50 cash paid to polygrapher. Polygraph testing for all competitors. Results from recent polygraph exams performed from other NANBF contests are honored, if within 45 days.

WNBF/NANBF DRUG TESTING POLICIES

URINALYSIS
Top two place winners (in addition to their polygraph tests). Urine samples will be collected immediately after the conclusion of their show division. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event. If competitors do not provide samples they are disqualified.

The top 5 in each class will receive awards.

DO NOT USE their sheets and towels if you have stain on or other tanning products.

COMPETITOR PUMP UP/PREP AREA POLICY
Resistance bands & dumbbells will be available. Competitors are welcomed to bring their own pump up equipment. One assistant max per competitor allowed in the pump-up area. The assistant must purchase a show ticket and wristband for backstage access.
Trainer/Assistant backstage access wristband issued show day, with proof of show ticket purchased. No additional trainer ticket is required.

WNBF PRO-QUALIFING REQUIREMENTS
OPEN: There must be at least Eight (8) competitors in the following categories for a WNBF Pro Card to be awarded.  Athletes MUST beat a minimum of  7 other competitors in a category/class or multiple divisions within a category/class to turn pro. No exceptions

CLASS DEFINITIONS
OPEN 
Open to anyone regardless of age or level of experience

NOVICE 
1st time competitors, competitors who have competed but not placed, or competitors who have not placed top 3 in an open class. Novice athletes may also enter debut or open, but not both. 

DEBUT 
1st time competing in a category. Athletes may also compete in multiple debut categories if it’s their first time on stage.

TEEN 
Age 13-19 y/o in all categories. Under age 16 with parental consent.

MASTERS 40+  - 40+ y/o in all categories.
MASTERS 50+ - 50+ y/o 
MASTERS 60+ - 60+ y/o 

When there's more than one class in a division: Classes are formed by dividing competitors by height. This is determined after all registrations are received.

MUSIC & INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION
Bodybuilding | Classic | Fit Body 
Each competitor performs his/her 60-second routine to music of your choice. This portion gives the competitor a chance to win a “Best Presentation” award. Routine is not part of the scoring process.

INDIVIDUAL STAGE WALK
